Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://jrsepticsystems.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, JR Septic Systems markets and arranges Dry Well Repair, Emergency Septic Service, Septic Maintenance, Septic System Repair, Sewer Rodding, Toilet Drain Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by JR Septic Systems or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. JR Septic Systems reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. JR Septic Systems disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. JR Septic Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JR Septic Systems harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. MI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MI.
Modifications. JR Septic Systems may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
